Here are some links to learn about cats and their care and to buy cat items:
www.cfainc.org is the Cat Fanciers association for getting your pedigree for your kitten and for learning about your cat breed.
There is also Catster magazine, which has articles about cats and cat breeder listings in the back. Its link is www.catster.com.
www.drsfostersmith.com sells cat and pet items online and by catalogue. Two veterinarians own and run it. The website also has articles about pet care.
www.revivalanimal.com sells cat breeding items and also other pet items. A veterinarian owns and runs it. The website has articles about pet care and breeding.
www.worldsbestcatlitter.com has sites to buy this cat litter, which I prefer, because I can flush it down the toilet. It's also recommended by vets. It's derived from corn. You can buy it at the supermarket or pet store.
www.amazon.com/pets sells pet items, including cat furniture and cat tree furniture.
One of my favorite makers of cat tree furniture is Molly & Friends. I buy this furniture at Amazon.com. It's delivered to you, by shipping or scheduled delivery. It's all put together at arrival at your home. I get the carpeted furniture with sisal posts, which cats use to scratch their claws on, instead of on the couch. This Amazon website also sells other pet items. I like to buy K&H heated cat and dog beds for my cats. The cats like the low, steady heat, especially in winter. The heated dog beds offer more room but are flatter than the round cat beds the cats also like. Amazon is also starting to get articles on pet care. I haven't read any yet, but I saw them on the website.
